T&T Construction Management Group Inc. Expands, Hires Business Development Veteran Ryan McDavid

T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned premier concrete specialty contractor, is pleased to welcome Ryan McDavid as Business Development Manager to the company. McDavid has over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales in the AEC industry, primarily focusing on tilt-up construction.

“Ryan is instrumental in growing businesses, large and small, and we are pleased to welcome him to our growing team to help provide excellent service to our clients while developing lasting relationships,” says Rebecca Thomas, Chief Executive Officer. “Our company has evolved to serve a large client base, ranging from those in the Caribbean and Florida to the Northeastern United States. Ryan has technical knowledge and will serve as a resource to our clients and team at T&T.”

T&T specializes in various projects and market sectors and projects, including distribution centers, warehouses, entertainment venues, K-12 and higher-ed, mixed-use, retail, and office space. The firm provides innovative commercial concrete solutions for best-in-class tilt-up and concrete construction. Earlier this year, T&T announced its expansion, restructuring, and rebranding from T&T Construction of Central Fla. Inc. to T&T Construction Management Group Inc.

Previously, McDavid was the Business Development Director for Tilt-Con, a tilt-up construction company in the Southeast. In addition, he has held multiple successful positions in sales and business development. Associated Builders and Contractors, as well as NAIOP Orlando and South Florida, are among his professional associations. He participates in the University of Florida Professor for a Day program and is a former member of the Young Republicans of Florida. Since 2010, he has been a coach with Maitland Little League and serves as treasurer and board member. As part of Orange County Public Schools’ “Mentor” program, he mentors young elementary school kids.
