He joins IronCraft after serving in various engineering and new product development roles at Caterpillar, and most recently as VP of New Product Development for Continental Disc in Liberty, MO. Rochel holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Aurora University, as well as 6 patents. At IronCraft he is responsible for all phases of product lifecycle management including ideation for new products, design and development, manufacturing, customer and dealer support, and more.
