In her role as Market Director – Retail, Jade oversees all go-to-market strategies for Core States Group’s retail clients and works to identify opportunities and nurture new and existing relationships. With a strong background in business development and an education in journalism, she has a refined ability to form meaningful connections with partners nationwide while asking the right questions to understand their unique needs.

Her success stems from an approach centered on Core States Group’s Values of Integrity and Inclusion as she aims to build strong relationships and understand clients’ challenges. She also has an appreciation for the opportunities she has been afforded in the industry and hopes to encourage and inspire others, particularly women and young professionals. As a result of her commitment to these Values, she has received several accolades including the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAOIP) and Prologis’ Diversity and Inclusion Feature Scholarship, and was recognized in Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC)+CENTERBUILD’s Leaders Under 40.
