Shawn, an expert in retail market trends, is an architectural designer, known for growing market share and achieving profitability. Over his 20-year career, Shawn has worked on a variety of project types in the retail sector from rollout programs for private corporations to retail centers and mixed use facilities of up to 1.7 million SF. He has cultivated project teams and carried responsibility of strategic growth in several leadership roles for firms including Phase Zero Design, Cubellis, Inc., Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., MG2 Architecture, and others. During a previous stint with Core States Group, he led nationwide programs and was responsible for growing accounts from 2010 to 2014.
