IHOP has taken plans to grow its Flip’d by IHOP fast-casual concept off the back burner after pausing earlier in the pandemic, and it will pay the first 10 franchisees $150,000 each to expedite the opening process. The first Flip’d by IHOP unit will open in New York City this summer and three more are planned for Kansas and Ohio. Read the CNBC story here
