Once you find someone that you can trust, prepare for your first meeting. For example, you could make a list of real estate websites that you liked, as well as websites that you did not like. It will help your web designer get a better understanding of what you are looking for. 

Reaching Potential Buyers and Sellers 

After coming up with a solid plan of action and creating a professional website, you need to start thinking about the best ways to reach potential buyers and sellers in the area. There are all kinds of different channels that you could consider.

Ideally, you should try to contact them within 24 hours of receiving their information. You could give them a call or send them an email.  
 
The most important thing here is that you do not give up too easily. Keep in mind that it might take a few attempts before you finally get in touch with someone. If you do not give up, you will eventually get the results that you are looking for, provided that you are not overdoing it. Bothering someone too much will only make them annoyed and less likely to use your services.
