Crowne Plaza San Marcos in Ariz. reportedly is sold

San Marcos Hotel has reportedly acquired the 249-room Crowne Plaza San Marcos Gold Resort in Chandler, Ariz., for $11 million. The sale was secured with the help of a $14 million loan from the seller, CP San Marcos. Read the GlobeSt.com story here.
