manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, and food and beverage sectors across the country. “Daniel’s proven ability to drive strategic growth and cultivate long-term client relationships makes him an excellent addition to our industrial team,” commented Tom Beres, Regional Vice President – Industrial at McShane.

“His hire supports the continued expansion of our build-to-suit industrial business as we broaden our presence and client relationships nationally.” Sprague comes to McShane with a decade of experience leading high-value pursuits, managing project pipelines, and supporting construction projects across the Midwest and Southeast. He previously served as Senior Business Development Manager at Wieland where he managed an opportunity pipeline of 25 assignments with a volume of $400 million.

Sprague is a graduate of Calvin University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing.
