Skanska, a leading global construction and development firm, today announced key leadership changes within its USA Building operations’ Preconstruction Services team. Robert Luckey will transition out of his current role of Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Preconstruction as he prepares for retirement. Luckey is succeeded by John Tamborino who will be promoted to Senior Vice President, Preconstruction and lead the day-to-day preconstruction operations in New York. In addition, Pratod Padalkar will elevate to Vice President, Preconstruction. To complete this restructuring, Will Senner will step into the role of Regional Preconstruction SVP for the New York Metro and Mid-Atlantic regions.

“We are incredibly grateful for the leadership and expertise that Bob has imparted on Skanska USA Building during his seasoned tenure. Bob has made a big impact on our business and will continue to support our work in the months ahead,” said Steve Stouthamer, Executive Vice President, Project Planning, Skanska USA Building. “While Bob’s transition towards retirement will be bittersweet, I am confident and excited to see John, Pratod, and Will excel in their new roles, continuing to uphold Skanska’s steadfast commitment to exceptional preconstruction services and quality.”

John Tamborino holds over 40 years of industry experience and has been with Skanska USA Building Metro New York office since 2010, most recently serving as Vice President, Preconstruction. Pratod Padalkar joined Skanska USA Building in 1999 and has overseen several technically complex projects in the life sciences, higher education, healthcare, cultural, and commercial sectors in the New York Metro region. As Senior Director, Preconstruction, Padalkar’s project portfolio includes Princeton University’s Class of 1986 Fitness and Wellness Center, and New York City Economic Development Corporation’s Public Health Laboratory.
