Work begins on Denver hotel slated to open in 2021

Construction is underway on a seven-story independent hotel in Denver's River North Art District, with a projected opening in 2021, according to Property Executive. The project by Sage Hospitality, Walnut Development Partners and EXDO Development offers a 5,000-square-foot lobby, a restaurant, various amenities and 3,300 square feet of deck.
