Orlando-based Williams Company Southeast broke ground for St. Cloud Commons, a new 225,000 square foot retail center on a 33-acre site at the Florida Turnpike and U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, Fla. Current retailers being built by Williams Company Southeast include Ross Dress For Less, Marshalls, PetSmart, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Bulk Nation and Famous Footwear. Future tenants include Hobby Lobby and outparcels include Outback Steakhouse, Pollo Tropical and Panera Bread. Pan American Group, Miami, is the developer, and completion is scheduled for October 2017.
