The Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Kaanapali, Hawaii, has gained a major retail tenant while undergoing a $100 million overhaul. Honolulu-based resort apparel firm Tori Richard has signed a lease for lobby space in the property, bought for $317 million in 2017 by a joint venture of Trinity Investments of Honolulu and Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management.
