Online furniture retailer Wayfair will open its first permanent full-service store in a Massachusetts mall this fall. The store, which follows temporary pop-up locations and a warehouse-based outlet store in Kentucky, will offer appointments with design experts, the ability to place orders for delivery and a selection of home decor items.
