Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Andrew J. Kopy has joined the firm as Regional Manager of the Houston office. In this role, Kopy will be responsible for the overall growth and management of the office. Ware Malcomb provides planning, architectural design, interior design, branding and civil engineering services for commercial real estate and corporate clients.  
Kopy brings nearly 25 years of professional experience to his new role. Most recently, he was a Senior Project Manager at Energy Architects in Houston. In this position, he oversaw a staff of architects and designers and was responsible for completing a wide-array of industrial projects ranging up to 450,000 square feet in both the U.S. and abroad. Kopy earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Construction Management and Computer Aided Design (CAD) from the University of Houston. He is a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.

Ware Malcomb has been active in the Houston market since 2013. Recently, the firm designed a Dril-Quip build-to-suit project in Houston. Other projects in Texas include Sunridge Business Park in Wilmer, Southport Logistics Park in Dallas, and Medline in Katy.
