The W. P. Hickman Company has hired two new employees to fill key roles. Pat
Gallagher has been hired to fill the role of national sales manager, while Kevin Bramlett was named manager of lean operations. Both roles are newly created positions at the W. P. Hickman Company.
Gallagher, who has more than 20 years of sales and marketing expertise, has recruited, trained and managed teams of independent representatives across several industries, including construction. He is based in Pittsburgh, but will work with Hickman representatives nationwide.
Bramlett brings 18 years of engineering experience to Hickman, with the majority of his career as a manufacturing engineer. He has had training as a Lean Manufacturing Facilitator, a Yellow Belt Six Sigma Project Leader, and has also been trained in Project Management and Product Development Process. Bramlett also is a combat veteran who is currently serving in the U.S. Army Reserve.
