Minnesota’s Mall of America could see expansion with 11.5 acres of publicly owned and vacant land coming onto the market just a block away. The retail complex’s owner, Triple Five Group, will have a say in the property’s development, and as of now, it will be listed for sale by Newmark Knight Frank. Read the CoStar Group story here
