As shoppers in Europe cut back on spending amid inflation, many UK-based retailers are entering the US to target a larger and more resilient consumer base. Primark has opened 10 new stores in the US this year, Marks & Spencer is selling apparel at Target and River Island is planning its first US store opening. Modern Retail
