Transwestern hires New Director, Construction & PM

Transwestern today announces Doug Soule has joined the real estate firm as director of construction and project management for the Southeast. Soule is responsible for construction and project management, business development initiatives and relationship building and retention in support of the firm’s agency leasing, tenant advisory and management services groups.

Soule has more than 20 years of construction and real estate experience, including former positions as director of construction and engineering for Rubenstein Partners, director for Tishman Speyer and director of construction and engineering for Trizec Properties Inc.
