When the Phoenix Suns decided to overhaul their small and dated NBA arena into a 70,000-square-foot state-of-the-art venue, they embarked on a $230 million project to create fan amenity space, Arizona’s largest sports bar, and fan-focused features throughout the venue.

Situated at the west length of the basketball court underneath the stands is the new Ultra Club, one of two new court side properties that bring an exclusive luxury atmosphere to the transformed home of the Suns and Mercury.

Fans entering the 4,000-square-foot Ultra Club, just a few steps from their seats, will be immersed in a lively atmosphere complete with all-inclusive food from chef-attended stations and hand-crafted cocktails.

The newly renovated space is lit by the architectural Nebula LED Pendants from SONNEMAN–A Way of Light. Intersecting stems form clusters of illuminated glass spheres in a dance-like rhythm.

Mounted in precisely poised positions along rectangular beams in linear and rectilinear configurations of expansive scale, these Nebula constructions form illuminating sculptures of joyous activity in dramatic scale and proportion. Hung just above the lounge area, the lighting fixtures elevate the design of the space, further enhancing the luxury experience.
