Tindall Building Systems’ VA Division Announces Sales Department Changes

Tindall Corporation, one of the largest precast concrete manufacturers in North America, is pleased to announce several recent changes to its Virginia Division sales staff.

Chris Andrews, P.E., has been promoted to Sales Manager for Tindall’s Virginia Division. After joining Tindall in 2005, Andrews worked four years as a design engineer before transitioning to the sales engineer role he’s held for the past 13 years. He has established himself as a vital resource for his customers and secured some of the Virginia Division’s most noteworthy projects, such as the division’s recent entry into the multi-unit residential market, The Icon in Richmond, VA. In assuming leadership of the division’s sales and estimating teams, Andrews will leverage his experience to ensure Tindall brings optimal benefit to its key customers while promoting precast concrete as the building system of choice.

The Virginia Division’s long-time sales representative for the Metro D.C. market, Keith McCartney, relocated to Florida to begin his well-earned retirement. McCartney represented Tindall for nearly 32 years, bringing innovative precast solutions to his customers. He was responsible for many of Tindall’s milestone projects, such as the White Oak microchip manufacturing facilities in Sandston, VA, and the 5,000-stall NGIA parking structure in Springfield, VA. McCartney was tireless in his pursuit of projects and was dedicated to bringing maximum value to his customers. The Tindall team is grateful for his many years of service to the betterment of the company and wishes him all the best as he begins his next chapter.

As Andrews takes over the leadership of the sales team, Steve Zivkovic and Spenser Hines, P.E. will be leading all sales for the division. As the division’s long-time sales representative for the Baltimore market, Zivkovic will retain this region and add the Metro D.C. market previously tended by McCartney and Hines. In turn, Hines will take over Tindall’s Central Virginia and Tidewater markets while also pursuing most of the division’s Mission Critical opportunities.

Tindall is very proud of this talented group and excited to see the innovative solutions it can develop for its customers.
