Donald Bloom, Jonathan Heinze and Bob Windham from Prime Retail Services have each been designated as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). This designation acknowledges that each of the three has demonstrated knowledge and understanding of green building practices and principles needed to support the use of the LEED Green Building Rating System.
Donald Bloom is the President and CEO of Prime Retail Services. Jonathan Heinze serves as the Vice President of the Construction Division of Prime, and Bob Windham is a Project Manager with the company.
The U.S. Green Building Council, the organization responsible for developing the LEED system, was started in 1993 and seeks to promote and establish standards for the design, construction and operation of buildings and communities which are environmentally sustainable and socially responsible.
