July 2014 (Los Angeles) –  The John Hardy Group officially opens its doors in West Los Angeles this month. Brent Hardy, a senior project director who joined The John Hardy Group in 2008, will establish the space and expand the projects team by the end of the year. “Our work throughout California and Hawaii has increased and we see that these vibrant markets are on a steady incline,” said Brent Hardy. “We are big believers in the west coast and in opening this office, we are in close daily proximity to our current roster of clients, and we can answer the increased demand we see in the Pacific Rim.”

This opening marks the fourth office for the hospitality development services brand, which has led a range of hotel conversions and new build constructions, as well as consulting and executing financial analysis, complete project management, and owners representation throughout the development process.

Current West Coast projects include: Hotel MdR Marina Del Rey – a Doubletree by Hilton, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Courtyard Marriott San Diego Mission Valley, Grand Islander Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Miramonte Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, CA.
