WHAT:  Looking for your next career move within the skilled trades industry? The Home Depot is launching its new Path to Pro Network, which helps connect those looking for work in the skilled trades to hiring professionals as well as provides exclusive access to job postings.

Setting up a profile is simple! To get started, build a free Network profile that showcases skillsets, completed jobs, work experience and availability. The online platform is designed to be used as a long-term career tool, helping candidates grow their future career or business, expand their digital presence and master their trade. Candidates can update their digital resume to feature current and relevant job experience, as well as upload photos to showcase completed projects and other accomplishments.

Once a profile is created, hiring Pros can reach out to candidates directly with job opportunities that match up with their experience. Candidates can also apply to job postings that interest them.

HOW: Path to Pro Network is free and open to all individuals aged 18 or older. Join the Network today by visiting THD.co/Network.

WHY: According to The Home Depot’s Pro Xtra consumer insight research, 94% of contractors are struggling to find skilled workers. The Home Depot’s Path to Pro Network is a first of its kind networking tool focused entirely on skilled trade jobs in the construction, home improvement, and property management industries – helping Pros spend more time on the jobsite instead of the job search.
