TGI Fridays bets on virtual brands for growth

TGI Fridays plans to grow future sales through virtual brands after making an investment in multibrand digital restaurant company C3 earlier this year. Fridays has launched locations of C3's to-go-only concept Krispy Rice in two US markets with plans to grow the sushi brand and other C3 concepts to 170 US locations. Restaurant Business
