(TMA), a leading designer of workplace solutions, is proud to announce the promotion of five of its talented employees. The recent elevations include Jamie Feuerborn, who was promoted to Principal of Workplace Strategy, as well as Janice Fellows, Jeff Knoll, Rachel Robinson and Richard Bliss, who were each promoted to Studio Design Principal.

Jamie, Janice, Jeff, Rachel, and Richard have distinguished themselves with their commitment to providing our clients with the very best workplace experience. Despite the very difficult circumstances of the past year, their leadership and vision have been integral to the firm’s continued success,” said Ted Moudis, AIA, Senior Principal of Ted Moudis Associates. “We are proud and excited to see what they will continue to bring to TMA and our industry in the future.”

The firm’s latest promotions include:

  • Jamie Feuerborn, LEED AP has been named Principal of Workplace Strategy.  Jamie has nearly 20 years of experience spanning multiple sides of the corporate real estate industry including workplace strategy, change management, interior design, furniture, and project management. Jamie’s cross-disciplinary perspective enables her to understand clients’ challenges from a holistic viewpoint and uncover new opportunities. She has worked with clients on portfolio planning, strategy, programming, workplace transformation, and change management. Projects include AIG, CIT Group, TIAA, Société Générale, Mazars, Mizuho, Publicis Groupe, Foot Locker, and ViacomCBS. Jamie is a NCIDQ certified designer and a member of CoreNet Global. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Kansas State University.

  • Janice Fellows has been named Studio Design Principal. Janice has more than 20 years of experience in corporate interiors. She is closely involved in every aspect of the design process, from conceptualizing the design and developing efficient space plans, to selecting appropriate interior furniture and finishes with her team. Janice’s projects include Adams Street Partners, G2, Grant Thornton, IRI, and Wilton Brands. Janice has a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Interior Design from Iowa State University.

  • Jeff Knoll, has been named Studio Design Principal. With over 25 years of experience in design, Jeff approaches his craft holistically. He incorporates workplace strategy, branding, biophilia, and technology into his designs, focusing on the human experience. Some of Jeff’s clients include AlphaSights, Fox Corp, Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Initiative Media, and NBCUniversal. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science and Architecture from Pennsylvania State University.

  • Rachel Robinson, IIDA, LEED AP, Rachel Robinson has been named Studio Design Principal. Rachel is a collaborative leader who guides and inspires design teams through the entire project process. Her thoughtful, analytical approach to design has led to a timeless body of work that spans from national and global work from large-scale corporate, hospitality, government, institutional, and higher education projects. Her recent projects include BMO, Fiserv, Mizuho Bank Headquarters, Mazars, Neuberger Berman, Viacom and Willis Towers Watson.  Rachel studied Interior Architecture at the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK.

  • Richard Bliss has been named a Studio Design Principal. Richard has more than 30 years of experience in corporate, financial, legal, government, technology, higher education, retail, healthcare, and hospitality interiors. Richard leads and guides the client through the design process and maintains a team-centric approach with the client to ensure that open lines of communication are established early in the design process to fully understand their requirements, design preferences, and budgetary concerns.  Richard’s hands-on approach helps to develop solutions that are tailored to each individual client.  Projects in Richard’s portfolio include CIT Group, AQR, Foot Locker, Revlon, Skanska, and Wolters Kluwer. He studied Architectural Studies, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
