Michigan-based Taubman Centers will invest $905 million to build three new U.S. malls, serving what the company says are underserved markets. The Mall at University Town Center will open this fall in Sarasota, Fla., with anchors Dillard’s, Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue.
