Summit announces $135M purchase of 5 La. hotels

Summit Hotel Properties has reached agreements to acquire five hotel properties in Louisiana for a total of $135 million. The hotels are three Courtyard by Marriott properties, a SpringHill Suites by Marriott and a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel. Read the American City Business Journals story here.
