The construction giant appoints a registered Architect with over three decades of experience as the new director of hospitality.
The Beam Team has announced today that Steven Glenn has been appointed as the new Director of Hospitality. With over 30 years of leadership experience in hospitality and project management, Steven will build and lead our company’s hospitality division and assume responsibility on 8/2/2021.
Steven spent 15 years as the president of ECD Associates LTD, where he completed various architectural and design projects. While at ECD Associates LTD, Steven designed the MEP for the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio conversion to a museum.
Afterward, he spent ten years+ as the Director of Design at Cicero’s Development Corporation. While there, Steven showcased his leadership and marketing abilities.
His most recent employment was at Aimbridge Hospitality / ONE Lodging Management, where he served as the Director of Design & Construction. He served as the representative of the organization’s owners for the total process from PIP generation to project completion.
Alongside his multiple experiences in the construction business, Steven served as the owner of SLG Architect/Builder, where he independently designed and built custom summer homes and other commercial services within the construction space.
Steven joins The Beam Team as a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture. Also, his professional qualifications are without doubt, as he is a Registered Architect, a licensed builder, and a part of several professional bodies within the construction industry.
