Stellar, a firm providing award-winning construction management at-risk, design-build and general contracting services for a range of commercial and public sector markets, has opened a Tampa office to better serve southwest Florida’s commercial markets. The new office is now fully operational in a 1,400-square-foot space located at 5802 Breckenridge Parkway.
Regional Manager Nick Mercurio is charged with growing the Tampa market. An experienced Stellar professional, he has been instrumental in every stage of the construction management process for the company’s commercial clients. In addition to a USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification, Mercurio holds certifications in First Aid and CPR, Public Trust Clearance, LEED AP BD+C, Green Globes Professional and OSHA 10-hour.
While Stellar operates nearly 50 support locations and offices throughout the United States to provide refrigeration parts and services, this will be the first satellite office for its commercial division.
“It’s important that Stellar continues to grow in Florida, and this new expansion will allow us to provide hyper-regionalized support to existing and new customers in the Tampa area,” said Richard Lovelace, Senior VP, Stellar Commercial Group. “We’re excited to develop a better understanding of the market to provide the best possible service to area businesses and institutions.”
