Starbucks opened its first standalone Italian-style Princi bakery in Seattle, with a breakfast, lunch and dessert menu including pastries, pizzas, sandwiches and breads. The bakery will also serve liquor and a Starbucks coffee blend designed exclusively for Princi. Read The Seattle Times story here
