SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Jeff Warwick, CPM® as senior associate in the Houston office. With more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate, he will focus on tenant and landlord representation alongside Cody Persyn and Jonathan Hicks.
Warwick joins SRS from Weingarten Realty Investors where he personally oversaw the leasing efforts of more than 3 million square feet in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, and Rio Grande Valley areas. During his time there he completed more than 40 transactions worth $15 million in minimum base rent. Warwick was directly responsible for creating and implementing Weingarten Realty’s sustainability program where he oversaw a team of individuals handling various initiatives that support the future of environmentally friendly retail centers. He also has experience with property management and earned many internal awards recognizing outstanding performance during his time with the company.
Warwick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from the University of Houston. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
