Sharpe Contractors (https://sharpegc.com/) has been chosen to build the new Tru by Hilton Hotel at 2050 North Brown Road in the Atlanta suburb of Lawrenceville, Georgia.

The 4-story, 42,808 square foot, 97-key property will feature a combination of stone, brick and Exterior Insulation & Finish (EIFS) on the exterior over a wood structural frame.
Architectural design was completed by Kennesaw, Georgia based R Design Works.

This will be Tru by Hilton’s inaugural project in Gwinnett County and is strategically located near Gwinnett’s Infinite Energy Center Arena and Sugarloaf Mills Mall.
Sharpe broke  ground on 12/4/2017; construction is scheduled to take 12 months.
