SGA Design Group, P.C. (SGA), a national architecture firm headquartered in Tulsa, is pleased to announce the formation of Renaissance Architecture, LLC which is wholly owned by SGA. The new entity has acquired the assets of Renaissance Architects, LLC, an architecture firm based in Oklahoma City.
Christopher B. Goble, President & CEO of SGA and President of Renaissance Architecture said, “We are excited about the growth of our firms, and particularly pleased with the retention of the entire staff of Renaissance Architects who have elected to join Renaissance Architecture.” This includes Socrates Lazaridis, former president of Renaissance Architects. Lazaridis will continue to provide leadership for the newly formed firm of Renaissance Architecture. “The decision to use a very similar firm name is based upon the positive brand recognition of Renaissance Architects…hard earned over 25-years of consistently providing design excellence,” said Goble. The new firm is located at 11100 Stratford Drive, Suite A100 in Oklahoma City.
The acquisition of Renaissance Architects, LLC, was specifically structured to assure a seamless transition for both the staff and its clients. Renaissance Architecture’s clients will have the same trusted team of dedicated professionals who provide the high-level of excellent client service they have come to expect and need, augmented with SGA’s significant national resources. This will allow for expansion of the firm’s client base without detracting from its history in providing exceptional performance. This acquisition also enables full leverage of Renaissance’s long history, positive, established brand, staff expertise and large portfolio of diverse projects.
