SchenkelShultz Architecture is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Beil and Jesus Maldonado to Associates in the firm. Beil and Maldonado both joined SchenkelShultz in 2018 and have a combined 45 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry.

Beil leads the firm’s Construction Administration team in Orlando. In addition, he has served in a Construction Administrator role on more than 30 projects, including education and community projects in Central Florida and aviation projects in Key West, Atlanta, Des Moines and San Jose. Beil holds an Associate Degree from California University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed inspector in the state of Florida.

Maldonado has 23 years of professional design experience specializing in higher education and private school projects, as well as community focused facilities. He plays an integral role in the firm’s technical production with well-versed knowledge of Building Information Modeling. His recent work includes the University of Florida’s Public Safety Building, Lake Highland Preparatory School Center for Innovation and Academics and Jacqueline Bradley and Clarence Otis Family Boys & Girls Club. Maldonado holds a Master of Architecture from the Central University of Venezuela and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
