Land Advisors Organization’s Tampa Bay office is pleased to announce the sale of an approximately 12-acre vacant parcel of land located in the Gateway Centre Business Park in Pinellas Park, FL to Orlando-based Tavistock Development Company. The property is located on Gateway Centre Parkway and MCI Drive and sold for $2,825,000.
Nancy Surak, senior land advisor and managing broker for Land Advisors Organization Tampa Bay arranged the sale on behalf of the landowner, Huntley Properties, LLC. Tavistock will develop the property and recently began construction on a 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility for a leading e-commerce company.
