Saks Fifth Avenue will open its first restaurant, an eatery called Sophie’s, on the seventh floor of its store on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. The restaurant, named for veteran Saks fashion designer Sophie Gimbel, is slated to open early next year with a globally influenced menu created by Barcelona-born chef Alexandro Reyes.
