Rock Hill Management proposes “urban-type village” for vacant Minn. mall

Rock Hill Management has proposed the construction of an "urban-type village" at the site of the vacant Four Seasons Mall in Plymouth, Minn. Early plans call for two luxury hotels, a senior housing project, a retail component, and restaurants and offices on the 17-acre site. Read the Star Tribune story here
