Chef and restaurateur Rick Bayless will open a new eatery called Tortazo in the Catalog food hall in Chicago’s Willis Tower. The five-story dining and entertainment project will also feature a Shake Shack, a Starbucks and a Sweetgreen when it opens later this year. Read the Forbes story here
