U.S. restaurants have added more than 575,000 new jobs since the economic recovery began in 2010, according to the National Restaurant Association. Eateries boosted their employment 2.7% in the 12-month period ending June 30, more than twice the 1.3% increase in the economy overall, according to the National Restaurant Association.
