The Red Rock Resort in Summerlin, Nev., is undergoing a $35 million renovation that include the addition of four restaurants. The project will also include a pedestrian walkway to connect the new restaurants with two of the resort’s existing dining establishments and upgrades to 26 suites. Read the Travel Weekly story here
