Relief aid sought to rebuild tornado-stricken areas in Okla.

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin is seeking fast-track action on emergency funds from the federal government to rebuild tornado-damaged infrastructure in Moore, Okla. Initial assistance has been efficient and quick so far, Fallin says.
