A mixed-use redevelopment is planned for the long-abandoned Fisher Body 21 factory in Detroit in what is believed to be the biggest African-American-led development deal in the city. The $134 million Fisher 21 Lofts project will offer affordable and market-rate housing as well as a retail district using the 600,000 square feet of the factory. WXYZ-TV
