The owners of Dallas-based frozen yogurt chain Red Mango have formed a new company called Brix Holdings, which will operate Red Mango and also acquire and expand smaller brands. The company has acquired Smoothie Factory and RedBrick Pizza, two older chains that it plans to expand by 25 new units each over the next year, largely through franchising.
