QMotion Advanced Shading Systems announced its Qadvanced and Qfree products have been certified by the Window Covering Manufacturers Association’s Best for Kids Program. The new Best for Kids Program requires products to meet stringent criteria and to be recognized by third party testing laboratories.

In order to participate in the Best for Kids program, manufacturers must have their products assessed by a WCMA-recognized laboratory. Physical samples of the products must be submitted to the laboratory for review and analysis to determine if they meet the Best for Kids program criteria. Only products that have no cords or inner cords that are not accessible or hazardous are eligible for the certification program.
