Priority Sign, a leading global program management and manufacturer of signage and brand-identity products, announced today that Andy Dykstra has been promoted to president after serving as executive vice president of sales since 2011, and Geoff Rosenbaum has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO) after serving as executive vice president of operations since 2011. As part of the company’s long-term succession plan, Ron D’Alessandro has transitioned from the role of president and will remain chief executive officer to continue cultivating the company’s future leadership.
“Over the past four years, Andy and Geoff have driven revenue increases by more than 30% and are inspiring our people to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our customers,” said D’Alessandro. “We are committed to continuing Priority Sign’s momentum, and Andy and Geoff’s proven expertise and leadership are critical to our growth plans.”
As EVP of sales, Dykstra spearheaded the company’s business development of customer-signage programs and oversaw the design, sourcing and accounting functions. In the role of president, he will be responsible for all aspects of Priority Sign’s business.
“Andy’s ability to earn our customers’ trust and respect by delivering customer-centric signage programs has enabled our company to forge client partnerships that go beyond typical vendor / business partnerships.  Under his leadership, our customers view Priority Sign as a true strategic partner,” added D’Alessandro.
As EVP of operations, Rosenbaum led Priority Sign’s project management group. As the company’s new COO, he adds the responsibility of all company-owned manufacturing and contract manufacturing.
“Geoff has developed a project-management team and structure that is flexible and amazingly effective for our clients. I am confident we will continue to elevate our strong manufacturing systems and processes under his leadership,” said Dykstra.
