Colorado-based Big Red F Restaurant Group grew its roster of The Post Chicken & Beer locations from four to seven over the past two years. The fast-casual concept has seen demand for takeout fried chicken soar during the pandemic and, even after the revival of its dine-in business, the chain still offers the option of low-contact takeout windows.
