Portman Holdings has been chosen as the developer of the proposed $482 million hotel that will be located near the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati. Based on an initial design, the hotel will be approximately 26 stories tall and include 800 guest rooms, retail on the ground floor and up to 80,000 square feet of meeting space. WXIX-TV
