CEO and founder, Larry Born would like to welcome Marianne Hayes, Jennifer Klaverkamp and Mark Stegeman as principals of the firm. This transition gives POE a leadership team that brings unparalleled passion and energy to its members, clients, partners and prospects.
Hayes is thrilled to lead the Client Development Division by building relationships, understanding the client’s business model and providing solutions to problems they have yet to uncover. This vision is rooted in prospecting relationships that align based on the investment in their people, innovation and making their real estate work.
The Client Experience Division will be headed by Klaverkamp as she guides clients to design space for human, organizational and facility performance. According to Klaverkamp, “Our knowledge, tools, research and experience, uniquely position POE to help clients interpret change and visualize how they can utilize their real estate to solve the needs of today while preparing for change in the future.”
As Managing Principal, Stegeman will balance running the firm with showcasing the technical expertise and proficiency of the Client Delivery Division. The division affords clients the ability to experience the solutions we uncover, to trust our project leadership, and to see their dreams come true.
