Planning under way for $1.5B Wash. waterfront project

A 32-acre residential and business district is being planned for the waterfront of Vancouver, Wash. The $1.5 billion development will consist of 1.45 million square feet of space for offices and retail, 3,300 housing units and twin access tunnels beneath rail tracks. Mirrored cabins in NC reflect off-the-grid luxury

Set to debut in May, the aptly named Mirror Hotel in Marshall, North Carolina includes 18 secluded cabins that each offer a mirror-paneled exterior and the opportunity to go off the grid in an upscale, luxurious way. The cabins, which are built on stilts and
