The latest “Trends in the Hotel Industry” report by PKF Hospitality Research indicates that hoteliers will continue to see double-digit growth in yearly net operating income through the end of next year. Unit-level net operating income is projected to increase 12.4 percent this year and 14.2 percent in 2015, continuing a five-year streak of gains above 10 percent in the sector.
